Our Team
As a global executive, Tuulia has many years of sales experience at major technology companies. She has worked and lived in multiple countries in Europe, North America and South America, serving a wide range of customers from small businesses up to the largest Fortune 500 enterprises. Tuulia has a passion for international business, breaking down barriers and enabling growth of our clients across borders.
With extensive experience in international business, Riku has facilitated major technology business deals in several countries in Europe and more recently in Latin America and North America. In addition, he has been a lecturer at the Helsinki Metropolia University, teaching courses on leadership (including cross-cultural leadership) and sales & marketing.
Initially, Mello started in a career in science working in both the US and Europe. About 20 years ago, he decided to move to the technology business and joined various companies to work on R&D, new product development and technical sales. He was fortunate to bring to market, with diverse teams, an array of products, ranging from consumer devices to telecom infrastructure and innovative consulting services.
Heikki is an executive with many years of experience in end-to-end device productization, R&D and sales engineering. With his strong customer focus and ability to operate in international settings, Heikki is excited to lead our business development activities, working with startups in Finland and throughout Europe.
With a great experience in the telecom area, Marcelo managed the Technical and Product Pre-Sales Support for many strategic key accounts in Latin America, with deep knowledge and experience related to the Customer and Country Homologation/Certification processes. He also proposed/implemented new solutions and activities with focus on Product Quality increase and Time to Market sales readiness.
